Rumors are circulating that chaining your dog will be against the law in some states. The act of chaining your dog is no longer a responsible act.It may now be perceived as animal cruelty. Actualy it is! I agree completely! From the moment you put a noose or a collar around a dogs neck, is that not an act of cruelty? How about crating your dog? Is not containment, in a small area cruelty? Perhaps a leash correction should be considerd an act of cruelty. Perhaps your child is indecorous & has a temper tantrum & you spank his or her little bottom, you, a lovng parent may go to jail. After all that is clearly an act of parental cruelty. So if you chain your pup or spank your child both are acts of cruelty. Should you do both on the same day, you may need the services of a criminal lawyer. Depending on the sympathy of the jury, you could do hard time. Since our laws are drafted by qualified & elected officials, legal changes must be appropriate & benefical to the voters- citizens. Why would I, or any one go against political wisdom & legal convention ? Any one for a Boston Style Tea Party? part 1 |
