H380 is a product we created resulting from recent Shark Cartilage publicity. The shark is probably one of many animals that are impervious to cancers. However, the notion that cancer might be reduced with a specific dietary (product) change peaked our interest. However, if one accepts the hypothesis that sharks are tumor resistant, Leukemia resistant, etc. because of a genetic advantage than I guess vegetation won't make the difference we are in search of. However, the amino acid profile, mineral profile, and anti-oxidation properties in H380 should make for a stronger immune system, which in turn should ward off some environmental insults. We decided to look at what various sharks eat. To simplify this question I spoke with a marine biologist, I. Levine, Ph.D. Doctor Levine confirmed what the books on (the numerous types of) sharks claimed; they primarily ate the flesh of other fish. These fish in turn consumed smaller plant eating fish. These lesser vegetarian fish consume planktons, algaes, and sundry aquatic vegetation. This substantiates plant life is a significant part of the Sharks food chain. The first ingredient in our product is Nori, most often consumed as the edible seaweed wrapper for sushi. Nori is also used to garnish salads, to make soups, and medicinal tea. In addition, Nori contains high concentrations of taurine, which is documented to lower cholesterol in humans and eliminate night blindness in felines. Nori is best known for its favorable effect on hair. However, this is over-shadowed by a wealth of more important nutritional benefits. Ingredient number two is Blue Green Algae, obtained from the famous Klamath Lake in Oregon. This food contains vitamins, minerals, Nucleic acids (DNA, RNA), and Linolenic acid a fatty acid known for lowering cholesterol. In addition, this acid can decrease the chances of coronary artery disease. Kelp is our last ingredient, a wonderful source of iodine, which is linked to a healthy thyroid. Kelp has a vast amount of trace minerals so vast that it's rarely omitted from nutritional writings. Much like Alfalfa the values are endless. Volumes could be written on the aquatic vegetation in H380. We only took a superficial glance at some of their nutritional advantages. We hope to add some or all of the H380 to our ingredient list in our dry matter dog food. AQUATIC H380, like so many products we market, will be affordably priced. H380 is human grade. Do not hesitate to feed it to your DOGS!!! Any questions regarding the validation of this product, call (516) 671-9600. |
